1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Adalytix IT Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), including the GeoLock Pro software and our remote IT consultation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide digital software tools designed to optimize network routing and reduce latency (GeoLock Pro), as well as professional 1-on-1 remote IT setup sessions (PC Tuning and Network Setup). Our software acts as a network management utility and does not modify, inject, or alter third-party game files.

3. Digital Goods & Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly (software access) or involve dedicated human time (IT consultations), all sales are final and non-refundable once the software has been accessed or the consultation session has commenced. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact our support team via Discord.

4. License and Hardware Locking

Upon purchasing GeoLock Pro, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. Access is strictly tied to your computer's Hardware ID (HWID) to prevent unauthorized distribution. Attempting to reverse engineer, crack, or distribute the software will result in immediate termination of your license without a refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While our tools are designed to improve network stability, we cannot guarantee specific ping reductions or server connections, as these depend heavily on your local ISP, physical location, and external game server availability. The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through third-party gateways (such as Wayl). We do not store or process your credit card information directly.
